Our Story

The Solutions Team was established in the year 2000, just as the new millennium unfolded. The founders, identified a niche in the market for fabric branded products. Past comforts in the industry had always specifically used PVC. The Solutions Team identified the benefits of using dye sublimated fabric in products such as banners, lightboxes, telescopic banners, gazebo’s and umbrella’s, the benefits of which could now be realised by their clients. Some of these benefits being lighter weight fabrics that save on transport, fire retardancy, environmentally friendly, more consistent colour, less creasing, and ultimately a quality fabric solution that enhances your brands.

Continuous product innovation saw the introduction of the fabric frame, which immediately took off as the ultimate branding solution that could be used in endless applications. The system is described as an aluminium frame with a printed fabric front, that is easily inserted into the frame system, allowing for the quickest way to interchange messages for new campaigns. Due to custom sizing for any space, it fast became the signature product that The Solutions Team has become known for. The Solutions Team now also offers a variety of printing on multiple surfaces such as Vinyl, PVC, Wallpaper, Perspex, Chromadek, Foamalite, Aluminium and more.

The once small factory that for so many years serviced the team well, eventually also gave way to a bigger 3700 sqm factory and storage space, fitted with state of the art machinery and an environmentally controlled print room.

With 18 years of experience the business has grown from 3 dedicated staff members who have a love and passion for quality, customer service and innovation, to creating employment opportunities for over 70 full time personnel, all of whom share the same corporate ethos. Our staff complement consists of experienced sales staff, procurement members, DTP operators, print technicians, cutters, sewers, quality control teams, packers, drivers and installers who work towards a common goal of ensuring all jobs are done right, first time, every time.
